Tooling & Mold Fabrication

1. Does Luchi accept customized gear production?

Yes, customization service is available. We can manufacture gears strictly in accordance with your technical drawings, parameters, dimensional tolerances and application demands. Kindly forward your detailed specifications to our international sales team; we will confirm all product particulars and revert to you at the earliest opportunity.

2. What shipping options are available at Luchi?

We provide multiple global shipping solutions including sea freight, air freight, railway transport and international courier. We will jointly select the most cost-effective and suitable shipping solution based on your delivery schedule, cargo volume and budget.

3. What payment terms does Luchi apply?

Payment terms are negotiable subject to mutual discussion between both parties:

· Orders ≤ USD 2,000: 100% T/T advance payment by default

· Orders ＞ USD 2,000: 40% T/T deposit upon order confirmation; the remaining 60% balance shall be settled before shipment

4. What trade terms do you quote?

Our standard quotation adopts FOB terms. If you do not have a designated freight forwarder within China, we are also able to quote CIF prices covering ocean freight and insurance to your destination port. 

5.I have never imported goods from China before, what should I proceed?

Feel free to get in touch with our international trade department. Our professional team will arrange a full-set simple import scheme to guide you through the whole import procedure smoothly.

6. Production Lead Time

Normally, production takes 30 working days after receipt of your deposit and confirmed technical drawings. For mass bulk orders or customized gears with special heat treatment & precision requirements, the lead time will be confirmed separately upon discussion.

7. Accepted File Formats for Custom Drawings

We accept technical drawings in PDF, CAD (DWG/DXF), STEP, IGIS and other mainstream formats for gear customization. Detailed parameters including module, tooth number, pressure angle, material and hardness are also acceptable.

8. Available Gear Materials & Heat Treatment

We supply carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, ductile iron and other materials; customizable heat treatment processes include quenching & tempering, carburizing, , high-frequency quenching to meet different load and wear-resistance demands.

9. MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)

Standard regular gears: flexible small orders are supported, no strict MOQ restriction

Fully customized non-standard gears: subject to a small minimum order quantity confirmed mutually

10. Packaging Standard

Standard export packaging: waterproof plastic film + sturdy wooden case/plywood case, moisture-proof and shock-resistant for long-distance sea/land transportation; customized packaging solutions are acceptable.

We can provide formal Chinese export customs documents, commercial invoices, packing lists and other customs clearance papers to support your local import declaration.

12. Can we arrange factory inspection before shipment?

Certainly welcome. You or your designated third-party inspection agency may visit our workshop to inspect raw materials, production progress and finished goods quality before delivery.
