Production Capacity & Hardware Strength

We are equipped with 13 forging production lines ranging from 400T to 2000T, more than 300 CNC lathes and over 50 machining centers, alongside more than 300 sets of supporting facilities for heat treatment, shot blasting and precision inspection.

Annual production capacity:70 million forged blanks;8 million machined blanks;3 million finished gears;

Total annual output of forgings reaches 30,000 tons.

The Group has installed an in-house photovoltaic power system, cutting energy consumption by 20% to advocate green and low-carbon manufacturing.

Chongqing Luchi Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located at Jieshi Industrial Park, Banan District, Chongqing. It encompasses four specialized, sophisticated, distinctive and innovative enterprises: Zhongde Forging (founded in 1994), Luchi Machinery (established in 2006)， Zhongjin Gear (launched in 2022)and ANHUI Shengjie（2025）. We are among the few private enterprises in China capable of independently completing the entire production process of gears in-house.

The Group operates three manufacturing bases covering a total area of 67,000 square meters with a workforce of over 300 employees. We have built a fully integrated industrial chain covering the whole workflow: forging → precision forging blanks → heat treatment → precision machining → finished gears, all carried out internally. We specialize in the R&D and production of high-precision gears and drive shafts for automobiles, construction machinery and general power equipment.

Quality Control

The company has obtained IATF16949:2016 automotive quality management system certification. We are furnished with a full suite of testing equipment for metallographic examination, hardness testing and chemical analysis, supported by nearly 20 full-time quality inspectors. A closed-loop quality management system is implemented throughout all stages from design, forging and machining to finished product delivery, ensuring stable and reliable performance of all components.

We have long-term supporting cooperation with well-known automakers and construction machinery manufacturers including BYD, Changan, Seres, JAC, Shaanxi Automobile, Fast, Lonking, Heli and LiuGong. Meanwhile, we serve as a strategic partner for leading gear manufacturers such as Shuanghuan Transmission and Qiutian Gear. We have been honored as an Excellent Supplier of Changan Group and Class A Tax Integrity Enterprise for consecutive years.

We stick to the core precision forging technology and are proficient in mass production of large-module precision gears. Compared with conventional manufacturing processes, our gears feature a 20% longer service life and a 10% reduction in overall production costs. Thanks to internal circulation across the full industrial chain, our delivery lead time is shortened by 30%.
